ChewsToExplore LLC Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All products sold by ChewsToExplore LLC are digital downloads and are ineligible for return or exchange.

If you are unhappy with your digital download purchase within 30 days of purchase, we will provide you a full refund, as outlined below. 

Any item that has a refund request originating more than 30 days after e-mail delivery will be granted a partial refund.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received by email sent to chewstoexplore@gmail.com  we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Our products are digital downloads, so exchanges are not applicable.
